- •OAuth access tokens (encrypted at rest) needed to post and reply on your behalf
- •Direct messages and comments routed to your inbox so you (or our AI auto-reply) can respond
- •Media you upload (images, video) and the captions/scheduling metadata attached to posts
- •Usage data related to platform features (posts scheduled, replies sent, analytics views)
- •Communication data when you contact support
We only access DMs and comments on accounts you have explicitly connected, and only to the extent each platform's API permits. You can revoke access at any time from your account settings or directly in the connected platform.

Third-Party Services
BigR Growth integrates with the official APIs of X (Twitter), Meta (Instagram, Facebook, Threads), TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Reddit, Pinterest, Snapchat, Telegram, Bluesky, and Google Business Profile, via our infrastructure provider Zernio. We also use Stripe for payments, Cloudflare R2 for media storage, Mailgun for transactional email, and Anthropic Claude for AI-generated content. Your use of each platform remains subject to that platform's own privacy policy and terms.
Your Rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
