Subscriptions are quoted per agency based on roster size, team seats, and which modules you need. Pricing is discussed during your enquiry call — typical agency plans start in the low-to-mid hundreds per month. Annual billing available with a discount.
Most agencies are live within 72 hours of signing. Day 1: kick-off call and account connections (X, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Reddit, etc.). Day 2: persona setup per creator, caption library, scheduling rules. Day 3: dry-run posts, then live.
Yes. Every creator (client) is a separate isolated tenant — DMs, comments, captions, personas, scheduled posts, and analytics are scoped to that client and never leak across the roster. Agency staff get role-based access; admins can scope team members to specific clients only.
You get a full export (CSV + JSON) of all creator data, scheduled posts, persona configs, and message history. Account data is retained for 30 days post-cancellation in case of reactivation, then permanently deleted. No lock-in.
Most of the daily grind — posting, comment replies, RT rounds, Reddit distribution, multi-account inbox — is handled by the platform itself, so manual workload drops sharply. You still want someone owning strategy, content briefs, DM closing, and the parts that need a human eye, but routine engagement isn't one of them anymore. Agencies typically run BIGR with their existing team re-deployed onto the higher-value work. If you want it fully hands-off, we offer a separate managed-ops add-on where our in-house SMMs run your creators' pages on the platform for you — discussed as its own package.
Per-creator personas: tone, vocabulary, signature phrases, opt-in / opt-out terms, and platform-specific style profiles. Comment replies and DM responses are routed through the persona assigned to that creator on that platform — so a creator's X persona can read differently from their Instagram or Reddit persona, and never gets mixed up with another creator's voice.
All agency plans include direct Slack/email support with the founding team during your timezone hours, a dedicated onboarding manager for the first 30 days, and a shared changelog feed of platform updates. Priority response SLA available on enterprise plans.
